Investment

Yes, therapy is an investment — but so is staying stuck.

Therapy takes time, money, and energy.

But so does constantly fighting with your partner, waking up at 3 a.m. replaying conversations, or feeling like you’re “too much” for the people you love.

This work is about investing in relief that lasts — learning how to breathe again, set boundaries, and actually like the person you are becoming.

When it starts to feel worth it

You stop bracing for the next thing to go wrong.

The noise in your head gets quieter.

You’re sleeping better, laughing more, and handling things that used to wreck your whole week.

Therapy doesn’t make life perfect — it makes it possible to live it fully, without burning out or beating yourself up.

Why work with me

I know the courage it takes to show up for yourself.

I’ve done it too.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and body-aware, blending practical tools with deep compassion.

You won’t find quick fixes here — just real change, at your own pace, with someone who’s in it with you.

I’m an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement through your insurance company. Many clients receive partial reimbursement this way. All sessions are paid by credit card at the time of service.
